I aim to offset my own complicity in unjust systems of power through an on-going commitment to societal change. My efforts are informed and supported by teachers who are directly impacted by the harm of colonialism, capitalism, and white supremacy.

Mindfulness in the Workplace
Workplace stress is a given. The cost of employee turnover, absenteeism, and burnout imposes additional stress on co-workers and program budgets. Mindfulness offers proven skills to respond to stress in ways that promote health and well-being both on the job and in life.
In these customized workshops, staff learn to apply mindfulness skills to support resilience and reduce their vulnerability to negative stress. Results include more effective leadership, improved communication, and better alignment between life values and career goals.
Workshop formats are largely experiential and are scheduled as half-day, full-day, and/or multi-day sessions. On-line training and post-training follow-up options are also available.
